Questions about rules, applications, forms and case status — by phone, email and chat. Kim is your AI colleague, answering citizens around the clock, guiding them to the right e-service, and passing personal cases to a caseworker. Never a guess, always traceable.
The same questions come in by the thousand: how do I apply, what are the rules, where does my case stand. They call and email during office hours, while the caseworkers who have to answer them are also trying to get through the difficult cases. Wait times grow — and there's no service outside opening hours at all.
Phone queues and unanswered email. The citizen waits — or gives up and tries again later.
Routine questions interrupt the people meant to be investigating the complex cases. Expensive expertise spent on simple answers.
The questions don't stop at five o'clock. Outside office hours, the citizen is left with no answer.
The average public-sector office spends enormous resources on questions that never needed a caseworker.
Benchmarks based on industry data and VOCA's pilot projects.
Your caseworkers are best at investigating, assessing and deciding — not answering the same questions about rules, forms and opening hours over and over.
Kim is your AI colleague who takes that off your hands — by phone, email and web chat. Around the clock, in Swedish. Same Kim, same answers, whatever the channel.
Connected to your information and your e-services — you keep your numbers and systems.
Data in Sweden, GDPR-compliant processing under a data processing agreement (DPA), and full transparency under the EU AI Act — Kim always tells people she's an AI.
Kim only answers from your own information and never makes things up. Every contact is traceable, and personal or sensitive matters always go to a caseworker.
Same flow, whatever the channel. Kim answers general questions directly and hands over anything personal.
Kim adapts her language, questions and booking logic to the business. See how it works for others.
We start narrow and proven — one defined service running live, measurable from day one. No big IT project to get going.
We map out the most common questions and where wait times hurt the most.
Kim connects to one clearly scoped service — phone, email, chat — without touching the rest of your systems.
Rules, common questions and guidance logic comes straight from your public information and e-services. No manual training work.
You see the effect on wait times and volume in black and white — and scale up to more services at your own pace.
Do we need to switch systems?
No. Everything you use today keeps working as normal. Kim connects to your existing channels — number, email, social media — without new hardware or new subscriptions. If you already book through Google Calendar, Outlook, BokaMera or Ganttic, Kim writes bookings straight there.
Does Kim hand off to a human?
Yes. Kim can hand off to your staff mid-conversation — following rules you set yourself. You decide when she hands over: when the citizen asks for it, for complex cases, or when she's unsure. The handover carries the full conversation history, so the citizen never has to repeat themselves.
Where is the data stored?
Conversation data is stored on servers in Sweden. All data processing happens under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements (DPA). The full list of our subprocessors is in our DPA.
What happens if Kim doesn't know the answer?
Kim would rather escalate once too often than give a wrong answer. If she's unsure, she says so and hands over. She never guesses at the citizen's expense.
How does this fit with procurement?
We're happy to start with a narrowly scoped pilot and adapt to your procurement and contract format. You set the pace — prove the value on one service first, then scale. We help with the paperwork for your DPA and DPIA.
We'll run a live demo — online or on site.
