Restaurant, clinic, workshop, hotel or shop — Kim answers around the clock on phone, email, SMS, social media and chat, takes bookings and common questions in Swedish, and hands over to staff when needed. She adapts her language, questions and booking logic to your industry.
The phone rings, email comes in, someone DMs on Instagram, and a customer writes in the chat — all while your staff are busy with the people already there. It's worst exactly when you have the least time to answer: during the rush and after closing. And that's true no matter the industry.
Phone, email, SMS and social media interrupt the work. The person standing in front of you gets half a smile — the other half is on a notification.
When every pair of hands is busy, the call goes unanswered, the email never gets read, the DM gets forgotten. The customer books with a competitor.
Booking requests keep coming in after you've closed. Every unanswered enquiry is a lost booking — and you never even find out it happened.
Drag the sliders. The numbers are yours — the assumptions are conservative.
Assumes 23% of contacts never get answered, and that each handled contact takes 4 min.
That's what Kim is built to catch — around the clock, across all your channels.
By phone, email, SMS, Instagram, Messenger and the chat on your site — the same Kim, the same answers, wherever the customer gets in touch. She takes bookings, answers common questions and hands over to staff when needed. The conversation history goes with her, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.
Kim adapts to your industry — vocabulary, questions and booking logic differ for a restaurant, a veterinary clinic and a tyre shop. She always tells customers she's an AI colleague and never guesses at the customer's expense.
Integrated with your existing systems — you keep your number.
The same flow no matter the channel or industry. And Kim doesn't stop working when the customer hangs up.
Customer → Kim → your system → and back again. A message on any channel reaches Kim; Kim replies and books; the booking gets written where you already work; and after the visit, Kim follows up, asks for a review and reports the numbers.
Every call, chat and booking becomes data you can see — right in the portal. What customers are asking about, which channels are growing, and how much Kim handles on her own.

We connect Kim to your existing systems, channels and numbers — phone, email, SMS and social media. Nothing you need to do yourself.
Kim goes live and answers when you can't get to it — or around the clock. You decide. We continuously scan your website and pick up changes to your offering and prices automatically.
Kim has the same information and logic across every channel — phone, email, SMS, social media and chat. The difference between the plans is the service level and which hours Kim covers for your staff. No hidden costs or setup fees — priced per venue.
Does Kim work for our specific industry?
Kim is built for service businesses — we have ready-made setups for restaurants, veterinary clinics, dental clinics, tyre shops, hotels, vehicle service and opticians, and we adapt her for you if you're in a different industry. Get in touch and we'll tell you more.
Do we need to switch systems?
No. Everything you use today keeps working as normal. Kim connects to your existing channels — number, email, social media — without new hardware or subscriptions. If you already book in Google Calendar, Outlook, BokaMera or Ganttic, Kim writes bookings straight there.
Does Kim hand off to a human?
Yes. Kim can hand off to your staff mid-conversation — according to rules you set yourself. You decide when she hands over: when the customer asks for it, for complex enquiries, or when she's unsure. The handover comes with the full conversation history, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.
Where is the data stored?
Call data is stored on servers in Sweden. All data processing takes place under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements (DPAs). A full list of our sub-processors is available in our DPA.
Can we cancel if it doesn't work out?
It's an annual contract with a 90-day opt-out. If you're not happy, cancel within 90 days and you only pay for that period — the rest of the year is waived. After 90 days, the annual contract continues.
