The same services, the same chairs and the same free times as your own online booking. Connecting takes a minute: you paste one key, and that is it.
Kim reads free times straight from Cliento, per service and per person. They are the same times your customers see when they book themselves.
Once the customer says yes, Cliento holds the time while the booking is completed, then confirms it for real. The customer gets your usual confirmation.
If the customer asks for a particular barber, Kim books with that person. If several chairs are free at once, Kim counts them all, so two customers at the same time is no problem.
We spell this out because it is cheaper for everyone to know up front than to find out with a guest on the phone.
Do we need an API key or a contract with Cliento?
No. Cliento's booking interface is open, so VOCA only needs the key that already sits on your own booking page. No contract, no extra cost and no waiting.
What happens if two customers want the same time?
Cliento decides. Kim holds the time at Cliento before the booking is confirmed, so whoever was first gets it and the other is offered an alternative. No double bookings.
Can a customer ask for a specific barber?
Yes. If the customer says a name, Kim books with that person and only looks at that person's times. If they do not mind, Kim takes the first free chair.
