Eye exams, vision certificates for a driving licence, and everyday questions about glasses and contact lenses — Kim is your AI colleague, answering around the clock on phone, email and chat, integrated directly with your existing systems.
Vision certificates for a driving licence can rarely be booked online — the customer has to call. Meanwhile, your staff are in store fitting frames and lenses. If the customer can't get through, or gets stuck in a queue, they book with the next optician instead.
Eye tests and vision certificates for a driving licence usually have to be booked by phone. If the customer can't get through during a rush or after closing, they call the next optician.
Your staff should be helping the customers in front of them choose frames and get fitted — not stuck on booking calls answering routine questions.
Recurring questions about prices, lenses and delivery times take time away from the customers actually standing in the shop.
Drag the sliders. The numbers are yours — the assumptions are conservative.
Assumes 23% of contacts never get answered, and that each handled contact takes 4 min.
That's what Kim is built to catch — around the clock, across all your channels.
The average optician leaves money on the table every month. Literally.

Your team is best at helping customers with frames, fittings and advice in person — not answering incoming calls and booking eye tests over the phone.
Kim is your AI colleague who takes that off your hands — by phone, email and web chat. Around the clock, in Swedish. Same Kim, same answers, whatever the channel.
Integrated with your existing systems — you keep your number.
“Hej och välkommen till optikern! Jag heter Kim. Vill du boka en synundersökning eller har du en fråga om glasögon eller linser?”
“Synintyg för körkort tar vi här på plats — själva synundersökningen tar ungefär en halvtimme. Vill du att jag bokar in en tid den här veckan?”
“Då har jag bokat in dig på en synundersökning på tisdag klockan tre. Du får en påminnelse via sms dagen innan.”
Same flow, whatever the channel. And Kim doesn't stop working when the call ends.
The customer → Kim → your system → and back again. A message on any channel reaches Kim; Kim replies and books; the booking gets written where you already work; and after the visit, Kim follows up, asks for a review and reports the numbers.
Every call, chat and booking becomes data you can see — right in the portal. What customers are asking about, which channels are growing, and how much Kim handles on her own.
Kim adapts her language, questions and booking logic to the business. See how it works for others.
Onboarding takes under 30 minutes. No IT consultant. No setup fee.
A digital agreement, signed with e-ID, with a 90-day opt-out.
We connect Kim to your channels — phone, email, chat.
Services, prices and booking logic comes straight from your systems and website. No manual training work.
We activate Kim on your channels. She starts answering right away — around the clock.
Kim has the same information and logic across every channel — phone, email, SMS, social media and chat. The difference between the plans is the service level and which hours Kim covers for your staff. No hidden costs or setup fees — priced per venue.
Do we need to switch systems?
No. Everything you use today keeps working as normal. Kim connects to your existing channels — number, email, social media — without new hardware or new subscriptions. If you already book through Google Calendar, Outlook, BokaMera or Ganttic, Kim writes bookings straight there.
Does Kim hand off to a human?
Yes. Kim can hand off to your staff mid-conversation — following rules you set yourself. You decide when she hands over: when the customer asks for it, for complex cases, or when she's unsure. The handover carries the full conversation history, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.
Where is the data stored?
Conversation data is stored on servers in Sweden. All data processing happens under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements (DPA). The full list of our subprocessors is in our DPA.
What happens if Kim doesn't know the answer?
Kim would rather escalate once too often than give a wrong answer. If she's unsure, she says so and hands over. She never guesses at the customer's expense.
Can we cancel if it's not working out?
It's an annual agreement with a 90-day opt-out. If you're not happy, cancel within 90 days and pay only for that period — the rest of the year falls away. After 90 days, the annual agreement continues.
