Kim takes the call, works out who is free and puts the job on the right person. You see it in the planning view immediately, and the installer gets it in the app.
Coredination has no calendar of free times, it holds jobs. So Kim works out who is free by reading the jobs in the window and comparing them against your list of installers.
Once the customer says yes the job is created and the installer is scheduled onto it in the same breath. They get it in their app, and the job shows in your planning with the customer's name, phone and address.
Move or cancel the job in Coredination and it reaches us within seconds, because Coredination pushes changes out. The time frees up again without anyone doing anything.
We spell this out because it is cheaper for everyone to know up front than to find out with a guest on the phone.
Can Kim book a specific installer?
Kim books whoever is free at the time the customer wants. If they ask for a particular person and that person is busy, Kim says so plainly rather than quietly booking somebody else.
What if we add a job by hand at the same time?
It blocks the time for Kim too. Capacity is read from the same jobs your own planning view shows, so a job you enter yourself counts immediately.
Do you create customers in our register?
No. Your customer register feeds your invoicing, and filling it with near-duplicates cannot be undone. Kim links the job to an existing customer only on an exact name match, otherwise the customer's details sit in the description.
