The same appointment book, the same caregivers and the same free times you see yourselves. And by default no personal number is spoken aloud on the phone.
Free times are read out of your Webdoc appointment book. A time with no patient on it is a free time, which means your opening hours, lunches, rotas and holidays are already accounted for without anyone keying them in on our side.
By default Kim marks the chosen time in the book with the patient's name and phone number, and you ring back to confirm. The same time is never offered to the next caller. If you want Kim to book all the way, with a personal number, that can be switched on once the agreement covering patient data is in place.
A cancellation hands the time back to the book rather than deleting it. In Webdoc the booking row is the slot itself, so deleting it would remove a time you opened and stop it being offered to anyone else.
We spell this out because it is cheaper for everyone to know up front than to find out with a guest on the phone.
Does the patient have to say their personal number on the phone?
No, not by default. Kim takes a name and a phone number, marks the time in the book and hands over to you to confirm. Full booking with a personal number exists but is off until you switch it on yourselves.
What happens if we have not laid out any times?
Then Kim says there is no free time and offers to put the caller through or take a callback. Kim never invents a time that is not in the book, and could not do so anyway: Webdoc does not tell us when you are open.
Can Kim reach the journal?
No. The integration is built against the booking surface and does not touch journals, documents, notes or invoices. Those parts of the API are not even present in the code.
